These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Sliq360, provided by Tempus donum, registered in Paris, France, company number 921318895.
By creating an account or using Sliq360, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. What Sliq360 does
Sliq360 is an all-in-one practice management platform built specifically for accounting firms, bookkeepers, and financial service providers.
The application brings together in a single platform:
- Workflow automation — assign tasks, set automated reminders, and track deadlines across your entire client portfolio, so nothing slips through the cracks
- Centralised client management — all client data, notes, communications, and task history are accessible from a single dashboard
- Client portal — clients can securely upload documents, respond to requests, and e-sign documents directly within the platform
- Team collaboration — real-time visibility over task assignment, progress, and deadlines, whether your team is office-based or remote
- Time tracking and billing — log billable hours, generate invoices, and manage payments from one place
- Reporting and insights — real-time reports on team performance, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Compliance tools — built-in AML (Anti-Money Laundering) tools, encrypted storage, and automated audit trails to help you stay audit-ready
- Integrations — connects with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero), email clients (Outlook, Gmail), cloud storage (Dropbox, Google Drive), and HMRC’s Making Tax Digital (MTD) APIs
Sliq360 is a technology tool designed to streamline the operations of your practice. It does not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any information submitted to HMRC or shared with clients through the platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be:
- At least 18 years old
- Legally authorised to act on behalf of any business or client whose data you enter into the application
- Resident or operating in the United Kingdom
4. Your account
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access at su*****@sl*****.com
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Sliq360 for any unlawful purpose, including tax fraud or money laundering
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the application
- Upload malicious code, spam, or misleading information
- Use another person’s credentials or impersonate another user
6. HMRC submissions
When you authorise Sliq360 to connect to HMRC on your behalf, you confirm that:
- You have the legal authority to make submissions for the relevant taxpayer or business
- The data you submit is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
- You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of all tax submissions
Sliq360 is a technology tool. We are not tax advisers and do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice.
7. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and software in Sliq360 is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the application without our written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from your use of Sliq360
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time via the settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
